A customized menu is curated for you based on your package, preferences and dietary restrictions. All meals are customized to accommodate your specific needs. Menu changes on a weekly basis.
Groceries
OPTION 1: Ordered online from your preferred grocer and delivered directly to you by meal prep day.
OPTION 2: A detailed grocery list is provided to you with the exact ingredients and quantities to pick up.
Prep Day
Fresh tasty meals prepared in the comfort of your own home. On prep day, Ingredients are prepped, meals are cooked, prepared & portioned. Kitchen is cleaned up and trash is taken out.

What COVID protocols do you have in place?
Minimalist Meal Prep is flexible in adhering to specific processes you may have in place at your home for optimum safety and peace of mind.
What if i don’t want meal prep anymore?
Please note refunds or credits cannot be issued. Prep is flexible each week. You can decide if and when you need it and can also change your package based on how many meals you need that specific week.
Do you really take out the trash?
Yes :)
What area do you service?
Currently servicing Toronto. Downtown, Midtown & Uptown area. For locations that fall outside of my zoning, a zoning fee applies. To confirm if zoning does or does not apply to you, inquire by sending your major intersection.
Does the price listed of packages include groceries? If not, how much do groceries cost?
No, the price listed does not include groceries. Grocery costs depends on which grocer you prefer.
How long do you require access to my kitchen?
Depending how many meals you order, prep typically takes 2 hrs.
Do I need to be home during prep?
Whichever makes you feel comfortable. Once a tour of your kitchen has been given, prep begins and further assistance is usually not required.
